SKI LEASE INFORMATION
A ski lease usually runs from December 1st through April 30th for five months or, with owners approval,
it can be revised to run from January 7th through May 7th for a four month period.
All rent, including a one month security deposit, is paid prior to occupancy of the rented home.
Paid in advance, a fee of $25.00/month for telephone and a fee of $40.00/month for cable TV.
A block is put on the phone to avoid any long distance charges. Long distance calls can be made using a phone card or 800 number.

Snow removal can be prorated and tenant pay for the duration of the ski lease. The tenant is also responsible for wood used during their stay.
All other services and utilities must be transferred to the tenants name prior to occupancy of the ski leased home.
Tenant is responsible for winterizing Ski Leased Home any time the property is left, even if it is only for overnight.
Repair of frozen pipes any related damage will be the tenants responsibility.
The tenant is to leave the house clean at move out time, or have the home professionally cleaned
and the fee deducted from the security deposit.
Pictures and a move in and move out report is done each time the property is leased.
